Better health recovery from type 2 diabetes and BP

better health recovery from type 2 diabetes and BP. Morning fasting sugars ave 8.6. aim is to get it to be 6. last time HBac average of 3 months was 7.6 aim is 6 and below. I exercise about 5 hrs a week and most times eat healthy diet. no medication for last 4 months. BP fluctuates 136/86 to 152/87 no medication.
