Courage Prayer

Dear Lord, Please help me find the courage to make the right choices. I am in love with my best friend and he doesn't have the same feelings for me. I want to run and hide but I pray for the courage to find peace in my heart so that we can remain friends.

I ask you to guide me in my decisions and give me the courage to be the woman that I was becoming with him. When I am with my friend I feel safe and happy and I enjoy all of the pleasures that life offers.

Please give me the courage to continue on this path as I am feeling that I cannot be these things without his love. Please guide me and allow me find peace in our friendship if that is all that can we ever have. In your name I pray, Amen.
