Foster Children

Heavenly Father, I am trying to become a foster parent and it is taking forever . The agency is dragging their feet and there are children who need to be placed in a loving, caring home .Please Lord have them call me immdeiately and say I can be a Foster Parent so I can give these children a safe and caring enviornment and hope since they have already been through so much. I thank you in advance Lord. Amen!!!
