I feel so lost and so alone and struggling with dissociation and relationship issues. I struggle with anxiety and panic attacks and believe that I’m bipolar cos of my mood swings and currently taking medication but am still struggling and especially now cos I worry about how much I’m going to have to pay for my regular appointments cos my income is better but then my cost for my appointments will cost more.
