I need your prayers

I am hopeless and am preparing to take my life. Will someone please pray for me - either for a miracle or that dieing will be easy.

I wrote to this site years ago and received a large amount of people who cared enough to write and tell me that they were praying and that they cared. Things picked up immensely after that and it made me believe in miracles and the intensity of the power of prayer.

Thank you to those who may have read and/or responded to this request.

PLEASE don't take your life. Give God a chance to help you! I know you may be frustrated but if you knew MY situation you'd hang in there too, because so many of my situations seemed HOPELESS--Trust me. GOD is Good. HE HEARS you, and St. Jude is one of his most reliable Patrons. PRAY to him. He will help you. Give it some more time okay? I too wish I was not living, but miraculously right after I prayed to God then to St. Jude, He stepped in stepped 2 years and helped me. I was broke, sick, lost my home, everybody around me was dying. But now I have a job, a bit of money coming in through my job, I'm eating and I something to look forward to. A reason to LIVE. I still have bad days, but I look at my life NOW and am okay with where I am now because I pray a lot to God and to St. Jude who helps me. I ask St. Jude to help you too. Just call out to God then to St. Jude. Don't give up on life. Fight like I did! God Bless you! St. Jude, help this person fight to live and not kill themselves.

In times of great despair I've always turned to God for hope and guidance. I was blessed to see a miracle when I was at my lowest. I recently suffered a great loss and offered my suffering in reparation for my sins. God sent me the strength to get through this loss - strength that I never knew I had. I will pray for you. Remember that God is there for you and always ready to hear you needs so He can answer them.

I was here to pray for my wife who is bipolar and having an hard time with it and other things in her life. I think at one point most of us consider suicide. I know I did when I went through my 1st divorce. Things will get better. But, like was said earlier join a church. Your not alone in this world there are good people out there. You just have to find the right places to look. God loves you. I love you.

Life can be so hard sometimes. I know this personally. My husband was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer almost 2 years ago. We have gone through some unspeakable bad things, but through it all we have never lost sight of the fact that Jesus loves us very much.

When things get too hard to bear I ask Jesus to wrap His loving arms around me and just hold me...and He does:)

Now my precious husband has only been given a couple of months to live. I pray every day that Jesus will give me more time with my best friend. Life is a gift from God. It is precious.

Isaiah 49:16 says that God has graven us upon the palms of His hands; our walls are continually before Him; so we have to be special to Him.

I pray that Jesus will wrap you up in His love and love you through whatever you are going through.

I cry with you for your hopelessness. Please believe God is nearer to you in your despair than ever. I will keep you in my heart and hope that you will have a return to feeling that life is worth living. I was where you are and may be again but I am glad I am still here - even able to reach out to you now - that's worth a lot.

don't give up dear. I too, am experiencing a very heartbreaking problem at the moment and the thought of taking my own life has crossed my mind at first. however, we have the support of our frineds and other loved ones, we can get past this. just have faith and keep praying for enlightenment.

The word says...Cast your cares upon God because He cares for you. I beg of you to draw nigh to God and He will draw nigh to you. Many are the afflictions of the righteous but the Lord delivers us from them all. Mary, think back to the time when you felt you had lost all hope before.and how the Lord sent people to pray for you and you felt the mighty move of God. The word says... I know the plans I have for you says the Lord plans to prosper you and not harm you and bring you to an expected end. I pray that you will receive this outpouring of love from those who have replied. Mary, I urge you to not go through with this. In 2009 I tried to commit suicide, i planned, i cried, every day, killing myself was on my mind. God had other plans, He revealed to me the talents and gifts he'd bestowed me with. Colossians 3:23, Ephesians 2:10

I know the feeling of waking up daily feeling like you have wounds on your heart that just can't heal. Searching for the "best" or "quickest" way to die. Seeing people laugh and desperately wanting to feel the same way. I know what it's like waking up, going to bed and not seeing the point of being alive. Wishing for God to intervene with a dramatic miracle to show how much He cares. Mary, i cried each night just like you, never believing that anyone would hear my prayers, knowing that no one would dry my tears..

When there is a blessing on the way the enemy either tries to obstruct or destroy it. He will not do this with you. You know why? God is good, He saved me from death, and He will save you too. Hebrews is a brilliant book all about faith. Read the word and pray. Rebuke the enemy. Remember that faith as small as a mustard seed can shake mountains and please God. Diligently seek Him. He will never leave you nor forsake you.

I know at times the pain of this world can seem more than is bearable but remember in this world with it's dimension of time the first certainty is chang.

I pray this certain change brings you strength and relief from your suffering. A relief not certain in the choice you contemplate now. Life is hope. A hope not certain in the choice you contemplate

A year ago last October I was diagnosed with prostate cancer. I thought, "ok, that's it!". I am a Church Organist, which strengthens my faith, and I can promise you that, despite a major operation and radio-therapy, I can see that there IS light at the end of that tunnel, but don't try to go there alone. Seek out people in your local Church community, and, above all, TALK to them. Tell them how you feel. Talk to GOD. Tell Him how you feel. Everyone who has responded on this website is praying for you. I have a Church meeting today (Saturday) and will pray for you then. Have courage. You will pull through. God bless you.

I was moved and touched by your plea for help here I am praying for a miracle and thought I had a very grave problem with my son who has refused to go to school and become something and I am 55 years old and have never been married. I am good looking and there you are with a far devastating concern. I pray that you feel that you are worthy taking your life will not make things easier. Whatever u are going thru, just know that suicide is a temporary solution for a permanent problem. It is important to see that God created you as a daughter He loves. What he sees is a woman in need. Keep faithful to Him and live his will. Care for yourself and know that you are important. There has to be a reason to respect life. Look at the beauty in things and see God's creations. Even if you have lost anything or anyone, it is a memory no on can take away. I read your need for prayers today and it hit home for me. My daughter has been suffering with depression for quite some time and 2 weeks ago she tried to kill herself but she didn't. She went to the hospital and had many prayers for her. I would suggest trying to reach out to a support group or a church family.
The chapter brought me to today for you Mary is,
Isaiah 40 and especially verse 31.
