keeping my home prayer

Dear Lord my life is up side down right now. I am currently trying to refinance my home in order to catch up on bills, lower my mouthly payments. I'm handing in there but I desperately want and need this loan. I have been working two job but my health just cant keep doing it. Please allow the loan officer to see fit to approve this refinancal so I can have only one job . Please Jesus , help me secure the loan. It means so much to me right now, my stomach is in knots. I praying for this to be approved. Thank you Jesus.
