Thank you Lord for giving me the opportunity to be home with my family instead of behind bars while I wait for my fate. My heart is uneasy and in trauma. Please Lord I pray for my lawyer to do whatever it takes to help me. I pray for my judge to have mercy on me and be compassionate. I have no past criminal record but the mistake of giving someone the benefit of the doubt who betrayed me for the reason I’m in the situation I am in now. Lord please soften my heart so I can forgive this person that put me in this situation. I beg for your mercy for I am too weak to face my possible punishments. Please forgive me for my weakness, for not being able to say no for the sin’s I have done. I’m sorry for breaking my family’s heart. Please Lord don’t take this as a bribe but I’ll do anything, in exchange of no jail time. You know my heart better than anyone else. I’d rather know I’m being incarcerated with my head held high preaching your name than be incarcerated and ashamed for disobeying you. No matter what, I will never wander again. I will keep my faith. God keep my mind at ease. Hold on to my family, let them be at ease and let them know that I’ll be okay. Amen.
