St. Jude : A common Roman Catholic prayer is:
Oh, most holy apostle, St. Jude Thaddeus, faithful servant and friend of Jesus, the name of the traitor has caused you to be forgotten by many. But the Church honors and invokes you universally as the patron of hopeless cases, of things almost despaired of. Pray for me, I am so helpless and alone. Make use, I implore you, of that particular privilege given to you, to bring visible and speedy help where help is almost despaired of. Come to my assistance in this great need that I may receive the consolation and help of heaven in all my necessities, tribulations, and sufferings, particularly ?

Almighty Father, I humbly pray as I beg for Your love and mercy. Lord, forgive us our sins as I acknowledge that I am nothing without You because by Your Holy Cross, You have redeemed the world.
Mama Mary, intercede for us as I lift up to You my family, my love ones, my friends, my enemies, my detractors. I lift up to You the souls of my love ones (say names of departed loved-ones) as I asked them to pray for us. I lift up to You all the poor souls in purgatory. I lift to You all the people I promised to pray for, especially those who are sick, I lift up to You my personal intentions especially these ones?(say your intentions), as I believe in faith, You only have to say the word and my wishes shall be granted.
Empower me with the gifts of the Holy Spirit. Guide me in all my thoughts, words and actions. Anoint me Lord, grant me the power to do Your will that everything will be for Your greater glory.
In the mighty name of Jesus, I command satan and all the evil spirits to get out of our bodies because our bodies are the temples of the Holy Spirit. In the mighty name of Jesus, I tie you satan and I throw you at the foot of the Cross so that you?ll be forever vanquished from the face of the earth. Yes, Mama Mary I asked to step on the head of the serpent and forever crush him. This I ask in the mighty name of Jesus through the powerful intercession of Mama Mary.

I pray to st.Jude mostly every day. He is answering my prayers. St. Jude thank you for answering my prayers in the past and please continue to help me in the future with the help of Jesus. Please heal my daughter’s eyes. She had 2 eye surgeries in 4 months to align her eyes so it can be straight. She is recovering now. Thank you for helping me St. Jude in the most difficult times. Amen

Dear St. Jude, I humbly ask for your help in the speedy resolution of an allegation against me made by our school Curriculum Coach. She alleged that I was writing something while the CST test was going on. With sincere heart, I am honestly telling that there’s no cheating that happened in my classroom. They tried (my principal and coach) to manipulate the investigation, to make it appear that there was irregularity in the test. I know that my coach is doing this for a personal motive… So I ask the Holy Spirit and your help to enlighten the minds of the people/agency to conduct a fair resolution of this case. in my favor. Thank you.
Thank you St Jude for your help in granting my request. My family was trying to get in contact with someone concerning our daughter’s wedding arrangements, and failed in many attempts. So I prayed to you St. Jude for help. My family has just finally has gotten a return phone call from this person! He has agreed to meet with us & discuss things further. Thank you Saint Jude for answering my prayers. The money I was waiting for came in. I was trying to pay a bill on the phone but because of your miracle they couldn’t find the bill. They transferred me to collections and they said they had no information on me and my bill was paid.
