Pray away something disturbing

I need someone to pray for me I watch this documentary about this serial killer and it was so disturbing that I can't stop thinking about it. I think about it every day what this man did to these people.I feel really terrible now and I can't get the images out of my head. I just don't want to think about it anymore. I feel like I'm going crazy
It feels like I'm obsession over this to much I don't know what to do now. Please pray for me please pray to God to take it away from me.
