Prayer for a law suit to succeed

I need prayer to succeed in a law suit. I lent someone money who refused to pay back and I took the matter to a lawyer. I thought it was a straight forward case since the person gave me a bounced check but it is not.

I have no peace but worry everyday because I regretted to have taken the matter to an advocate.
I am praying everyday that I rather loose the money and have the law suit dissolved instead of going through trial because it is hindering me from focusing on God.
