Prayer for a lost soul

I am a totally lost soul. I have suffered an intense emotional bereavement. My elderly mother has died. I was her sole carer. I am chronically ill myself and am now alone in the world. I have no friends. My family are indifferent to me. I cannot cope any more.

I need a powerful miracle to heal my life. I would be happy to embrace death on the basis that my lifes work has now come to an end. I would be glad to go to my real home now if God would be so kind as to allow it. I beg of you humbly to pray for me for intercession.

I place myself in your love and care. Thank you and bless your good works.

Dear Sabina,

I just prayed for you & will continue to pray for you!!! I understand what it is like to lose someone you love, to feel alone, to suffer from a chronic illness. I have experienced such pain, too. So, first of all, please know that you are not alone. Whatever you are feeling & experiencing, there are many more in the world feeling & experiencing similar things.

Also, while you may feel that your life's work has come to an end, I believe that as long as we're here, God has a reason for it. It is not for us to know what that reason is, but perhaps He has a plan for you to transform your sufferings by helping others in similar situations. As long as we're alive, there is good we can do. It sounds like you took loving care of your mother and are a compassionate, sensitive person. Perhaps you could use your skills caring for others as a volunteer at a home for the elderly or, if you have trouble leaving the house, you could post prayers and encouragement for others on these boards. There are many people who need help and also many people willing to give it. No one gets through life alone.

I have found support groups to be very helpful whenever I am feeling alone or going through a loss. Often, there are free grief support groups. If you can't go to one in person, you can find them online. Here's one example: http://www.onlinegriefsupport.com/
You can google "online grieving support groups" for many others. Most of all, take all the time you need to grieve and heal. Going through a loss is difficult so be extra gentle on yourself. I'm sending you love & healing thoughts. I hope my suggestions help!

Hi, Sabrina. Listen, I know you are hurting. I have experienced very similar circumstances and wondered if I would ever get out of the depression and heaviness that came along with it. Jesus Christ is real. He came and died and rose again and has conquered sin, death and the grave. Have you called upon him, Sabrina? Do you believe in Jesus? If so, accept Him as your Lord and Savior. Lay all your misery at the foot of the cross and pray to your Father in Heaven that loves you! Jesus does love you so much. He is right with you. Ask and he will answer. His name is Jesus...born of a Virgin, both and man and God until his accession where he sits at the right hand of God. Pray for the Holy Spirit to show you the truth of Jesus and lay it all out for Jesus to take. If you are His, then you have work to do. Good works for His glory! Come on now you can do it with Jesus! Amen?!
