Prayer for Courage, Strength, and Wisdom

Dear Merciful Father, please help me in this my hour of need. I know not what may come forth in the coming days. I feel as though a storm is about to destroy my mind and my heart. Someone I trust may make a decision that open my old wounds and create far worse ones.

I beseech thee to please watch over me and protect me. Please grant me the strength and courage to handle the situation should it arise. I fear I may not have what's needed to survive should the storm arrive. Please. Help me.
