Prayer for my boss to be nice at work

My boss is a bully and plays favorites with his employees and has admitted to it. I have worked hard all of my life and do a good job with work quality work. I'm at the point where it's hard for me to come to work everyday but I show up everyday give my 150%.

I hope that my boss is able to step back and take a look to see just how unfair he is and will start treating all of his employees with the dignity and respect that they deserve not just the ones he likes.
