The boss isn’t too happy with the results thus far being that people are not coming in to purchase. The boss is ready to close shop, which would jeopardize my husband’s job. An issue came up involving my husband and he was suspended pending investigation. Please enlighten the HR manager and management for a fair and just decision. Please pray for the restoration of my husbands job, he was suspended pending and internal investigation back in October the case was dismissed in Nov and he is still waiting on HR to let him know what they are going to do. This has put so much stress on him and his mind. Every time we think they are about to give him their decision they push it out another week. This has caused not only his mental stability to weaken but caused much stress on our marriage. Please take away all negative demonic people in his life that he thinks are helping him but are putting him further into a downward spiral so he can clear his mind and follow his heart to be the positive strong person he has always been. We believe everything happens for a reason but for him and his peace of mind please pray that good news on the job front is coming as they said next week we will hear the final decision on his position please pray that they give him back his job and his mind and heart is healed. please pray for my husband. he has been working for a grocery store for 37 years. He never takes a sick day, always goes to work extra if called to do so, and never lets bad weather keep him away from work. however, recently got a very young new store manager who feels intiminated by my husband even tho he has done nothing to make her feel this way. she is so jealous because all the customers like my husband and talk to him. she has written him up and given him a does not meet for a review although she cant name exactly what hes not doing and has never told him that he wasnt doing a good job. he has never been treated like this. now several months later she told him she wishes she never did it. now all the supervisors think he does not meet because of her. it is on his permanant records as well. so he will no longer have any chance for a promotion. and now she wants to transfer him out. My husband works very hard, on his feet and bending and stooping all day. it is not an easy job. he is 53 years old and this is all he knows. please i ask you to pray that he gets a new manager who will appreciate his hard work and dedication.

This sounds similar to my husband’s situation. His job is being fazed out. His boss is blaming him for her mistakes, trying to make him look bad instead of taking responsibility for her own actions. He has applied for numerous jobs, but has yet to get a job interview. There is one job in particular he would love to get that he has already applied for. Please pray that he gets a good job. My husband is a hard worker, he gets results for his company and he has female workers that are so mean and unethical, they are so focussed on climbing the corporate ladder they forget they are ladies, and they want to destroy all the workers lives on their way, male or female. I don’t understand women today who want to be so unethical and destroy peoples lives because they have such bizarre thinking for money or status.
I ask for prayers that the current ‘she’-manager moves onto other places where she belongs and hopefully doesn’t destroy anyone and that my husband who loves what he does, and goes on bended knee every morning to do his job with the Lord at his side, gets great results will get even greater results without the fear of losing his job to people who just don’t belong in management, but more suitable positions for them.

I NEED help getting through this with him also, to help him and pray for him, I need to have a strong faith and heart but lately, I’m struggling too, and I’m sure he senses that. My eyes fill with tears when this woman attacks him and does things that are wrong, she did this to other people like the devil lives in her soul, she’s a mother of 2 little children but announces to everyone that being a mother is not what she wants in life, and says nothing nice about her little ones. Why she had the children when she wanted to only focus on her career is beyond me, she’s punishing so many. Please, help me with my faith at this challenging time, my heart is SO heavy, and I don’t understand this at all, why people have to be this way. I ask for protection especially this morning when she made up bad things and lies to the upper management to make only herself feel better. We also know she has a heavy drinking problem, which may have been the reason she is doing these things, she may not realize she writes reports when she is under the influence of substance abuse. Maybe she needs the 12 step program.

I have never asked for much in my life. I don’t pray to ask for anything because I know we are very blessed. I am very thankful for what we have, but this one time, I’m praying and begging for my husband health. I pray that he will get better. His job will get less stressful and his coworkers stop giving him a hard time. He is a very hard working and has done so much for this family. Let him find peace in whatever decision he might make.
