Prayer for parents divorcing

hey my name is Diana. I am 12 years old. I am writing this because my parents just got divorced, my mom, little brother, and me are going through rough times now since my dad has left. plus, my dad doesn't give money to buy what is needed for us and the house, the only thing he cares about is his drugs and his girlfriend.

We are going to lose the house pretty soon and he doesn't care. I will like if you can pray for my dad can get better and for my mom to have faith in god because she sometimes feels like killing herself because of the things she has had to go through with my dad.

Diana,
My parents divorced when I was around your age. I know how difficult divorce is. I also know what it's like to watch your Mom go through a very difficult time. You are in a much better position with your faith than I was. It took me until age 40 to find our Lord. I made tremendous mistakes my entire life because of the divorce and my lack of Christ in my life. Stay close to Him and He will get you through this. Pray to the Blessed Mother and she will protect you. Do the best you can to never stray away from God and He will take care of you. I will pray a rosary for you before the Blessed Sacrement and ask Jesus to help you. He loves you more than you can begin to imagine and He is your Father. Keep praying for your Dad too. God bless you little love.

I read your prayer and i am praying for you.

I want you to know that i know how you feel having family troubles at that age. I went through it too. Just tough it out as best you can. It will get better in time. Just focus on becoming the best person you can be.
