prayer for safety for my daughter

Please pray for safety for my daughter, her name is madison and she is five years old. she told me that six months ago that her father had been verblally and sexually abusing her.

He is my ex-husband. I went to the authoriites and they would not charge him. he told her that he would kill her if she told. he has left her alone for six months but last week he called wanting to come get her.

I refused because she is terrified of him. now he is taking me to court to try and get full custody of her. Our court date is dec 30.

Please pray that the judge will give me full custody and that the judge will see that madison needs protection from her father. I just want to thank God for all He has done for us and all He is going to do!
