Prayer for strength to overcome addiction

Please help me overcome an addiction. I need the strength and will to stop. Please pray for me to wake up one day and be filled with pease and positive thoughts. I do not want to wake up thinking about when I can get my next fix. Please help me Lord, please hear my prayer .
