Prayer for the situation i'm in

I would like to ask your prayers for the sitiation i am in. I find that my mind can hardly rest and my heart is troubled by a recent heartbreak. I pray that i find a resolution which will help me accept the situation and which will help me move on and not have my self-esteem damaged. I feel like I am in a very dark place and that my fears are all resurfacing. I pray that I may no longer feel abandoned or neglected. I pray that I understand the situation in a way that will be healthy for myself.

I pray for peace of mind and I pray for receiving a message that things will be alright. I want to be better already and i don't want to be stuck in these feelings. I pray for strength and courage.

I also pray for my loved ones, especially my mom, that she may also be able to succeed against her own personal battles.

In God's name, Amen.

Hi,

heartbreaks can be really painful. i was in the same situation 10years ago, i felt like i was abandoned, all my hopes were gone and i did not wish to live anymore. the only thing that stopped me from committing suicide was knowing that the Lord will not be happy with me if I do that, and I was also thinking about the hurt that it would cause my family.

God allows things to happen for a reason. The person who broke your heart is not worth your love. You'll find someone else whom you truly deserve and who will look after you and love you deeply.

The pain you feel right now would pass, it does go away and someday you will just look back and smile, knowing that you were able to overcome the pain.

God is good. He looks after us and He will never gives us what we cannot bear.

She does have a child that is developmentally challenged and needs all the stength that My Dear Lord gives according to His holy will. Prayers go out for you. I understand your situation completely as I am going through the same thing right now. Although I wish I could claim that I came up with the words that follow, I didn't write them but hope that they will help you in your time of need.

"When God takes something from your grasp, He is not punishing you, but merely opening your hands to receive something better."

my method of coping...might help u maybe

Free advise is usually worth what you pay for it but here is some tricks I do do overcome things I perceive as bad situations; calm your mind by telling it to look for the unknown always; every second you are in; tell your brain to focus on the unknown; this will help racing thoughts and it will calm you; the things that trouble you are known quantities for your brain;it is stuck on a loop looking for these things ;remembering these things; but when these things were happening in the real world ;there was things u werent aware of ; that your brain didnt capture at the time; the unknown; it was there as an infininte potential of alternatives always; your mind just was distrated by what it is trained to see or what is the loudest thing or what you fear. The future that you fear is shaped by all the known quantities of your past. And yet the future is; unknown. So face your past, face your future and bring focus into the present by training your mind to always look for the unknown with your real eyes and your brain ans thoughts. Then to live in love, to live in peace and to live in joy; shift your inner eyes and your inner consciousness, your inner navigation system that is searching for light and searching for goodness;shift that consciousness right down into your heart...into your real heart; do this by practising breathing and trying to physically feel where your heart is in your chest.See from your heart; shift your inner consciousness on the feeling in your heart always; not your emotion;not the concept of your heart but your real physical heart. When you do this; when you are internally, physically focused in your heart, then focus externally on the unknown; you will find the infinite strength and wisdom that is in all of us; that reveals the truth;which is that this is just a temporary world ; we are here to experience feeling being seperate from the divine to help us grow before we return to the divine in death; every single situation you are in or are faced with, every trouble you have is there for you to love and to see from your heart. Love your problems, love your weaknesses, love the transition from this physical world of seperateness back to being united with the divine. I hope you find peace in the situations that arise in this external world. But more importantly I hope you find peace in the truth you already know; you have something greater inside you than your external situations;whether they make you or break you, they will never take that from you. FIRE

You sometimes we cannot move forward because we are so faithless in handing things over to God for him to take control of. But even then He still takes control. You are being purified for something or being prepared for something, it is said that fire is the ultimate purifer nothings cleans and removes anyhting like fire. You are going through the fire. It will not be easy, burning is very painfully but when the fire dies out and the smoke clears up it is going to be fine. You know how silver or gold looks before it goes through the fire, not nice all in fact it does not look look gold or silver it looks like a stone an ordinary stone that those who do not have the trained eye will reject. But after the fire does its job everybody wants it and loves it.
