Prayer to be rid of anxiety

I know in the grand scheme of things, my problems are insignificant, but I have been battling physical and mental issues since I am now in surgical menopause after having a complete hysterectomy in December.

Dear Lord, please rid me of anxiety, I feel like it is eating me alive. I want to enjoy the life you have given me and find comfort in your peace. Help me to turn myself over to you and trust in you for all things. Please help me to find peace of mind. I am truly grateful for all you have given me - my family, my home, my job. I know that I am safe in your love and protection, please help this awful feeling to go away.
