prayer to conceive...

My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for 16 months with one miscarriage last year. I have had a very hard time with this.

The hormones make me crazy and emotional. My husband puts up with a lot. I want more than anything to be a mother.

I can't imagine my life without a child. Please pray for us.

You know my deep desire for a child
A little one to love and to hold, to care for,
to cherish. Grant that my body may conceive
and give birth to a beautiful, healthy baby in
Your holy image.

Guide me in all my choices so that this
conception, my pregnancy and my baby's birth
are in line with Your will.
