Prayer to cure paranoia

My name is Manuel please pray for me I keep thinking someone is after me since I got out of prison. I run into consistences and I come to a conclusion thinking someone is after me.

I don't know if it's real or if it's just me being paranoid it's just wierd. I also need to start going to church.
