Prayer to forget the past

Lord, I pray that you entitle my son to teach himself to forgive and forget the bitter memories of the past. To understand why we have to send him out with his family to learn our importance to him.

To realize that it is much harder to live together if he can not accept and respect us. As i know he is suffering because of his pride, grant him Lord, the grace of enlightenment. Grant him too a good job, he can survive and adjust to the temperaments of his subordinates and employer. Bless him Lord with a good mind to raise his family and provide for them. Teach him to lower his pride and lighten us his heart in this times of difficulty.

We ask this in your most powerful name, our Lord Jesus Christ, who lives and reigns , together with one God, world without end. Amen.
