Prayer to get married

Please pray for me that me and my boyfriend of 2 yrs can get married, i have tried talking to him about moving in ,sometimes he agrees then steps back,i love him so much and he is the man i want to settle with as i am an orphan, i pray that we marry this year 2011, have a baby and be a family.Please help me pray and for my health also as i am a sickly person and for a financial breakthru as i am building.

Keep praying and talking with God whenever you feel doubt slipping its way into your mind. We are to pray without ceasing. I know you love your boyfriend very much, but love God most of all! There are some things you are to learn before you can step forward into marriage. I know because I am almost in the same situation as you. However, I have learned that God wants us to grow and be more like Jesus most of all. This is a heart thing. Read proverbs 30:10-31 and pray that God will transform into that kind of woman before you get married. That's what I have been praying for myself. And yes, I will pray for you and your boyfriend. Also, remember that this may be a time of heart growth for your boyfriend. God is preparing him to be the husband you need.A husband takes care of his home and business.
With God all things are possible. Do not doubt, believe!
