Please God, I have never been a confident person. I come before you now to ask you to remove this paranoia which is destroying my life. I accept my bipolar as my cross to carry but I cannot function with the paranoia it harbours. I pray you to remove it and restore in me happiness, light, energy and motivation - all of which this depressive episode has stolen.

I pray that you will grant me the love of life that each person is meant to have. Save me from this darkness in which I cannot move. Take away these thoughts of death and embrace me in your light. Amen
