Prayer to Help me forgive those in my past

Dear lord,


I really want to move on in my life and my past still haunts me. I want to forgive some people in my past and I am finding it hard to forgive. How do you forgive someone who has abused you in away that you can not get the momory out of your head. Lord please help me forgive.
