Prayer to stop negative thoughts

I say/think of unreal/negative events/thoughts/images/dialogue&unwanted wishes for the future for myself and others in my mind. It even affects my prayer life. These things I say to myself either aren't real or are not going to happen. Pray that my negative thoughts would stop. Also pray that the negative/bad things I say in my head or to people won't happen to these people/or myself ever. Thanks.
