St. Jude Prayer for Strength

May the Sacred Heart of Jesus be adored, glorified, loved and preserved now and forever. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on us, Saint Jude worker of Miracles, pray for us, Saint Jude helper and keeper of the hopeless, pray for us.

Blessed Saint Jude, please help me find a way to get my son out from under the problems we've had these last several years. Please watch over him as he prepares for a better life. Please allow me to find a job so that I don't have to send him away, and that I can pick up the pieces of my life for a better future. Please help me find strength to continue.

Blessed be Saint Jude and the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

I was so deep in despair and depression when my car was stolen a week ago, and, indeed, on the morning I was scheduled for the first job interview I've had in months! I prayed for strength to St. Jude and Jesus, to find a way to look after my son, because without being able to get to an interview, or any job I can find afterward, I was so afraid I wouldn't be able to provide for him. I didn't want to send him away, but I didn't know what I could do to keep him with me. I know he'll have the first decent night of sleep he's had in the past week! It's painful to see how relieved he is, because it points out how upset and stressed out he's been.

Against all odds, the police called me this morning to tell me they found my car. They don't know who stole it, but I was beside myself with gratitude that they hadn't destroyed it completely, I don't think I could have pressed charges anyway. I have my car back! I can schedule job interviews! I can feel hope for our future again!

I will have to replace the ignition column where the key goes, but the thief could have done so much damage if he'd wanted. I am so grateful to feel optimistic once again! God bless the lady who called the police to report a strange car parked near her house!

I will get that job, I will begin to piece our lives back together!
