Strength, guidance and relief

I pray for the strength to get through this troubled time. I pray for guidance to find the way out once and for all. I pray for relief from this repeating lifecycle and a final resolution from these troubles for the remainder of my days. I ask that I be able to help others instead of always having to dig out of crisis myself.
