Strength is from the Lord

Dear Lord Jesus, You have given us many things and one of these gifts is strength, for you Lord are our creator and so you have created strength. Please Lord ,let me receive strength that you have created and let me receive it with thankfulness.

When I feel tired and heavy laden let me rest in your words, that I may find healing and strength . Give me strength to face another day , and bless the day so I may find it to be joyful and by finding joy in the day ,then , that shall give me strength to face the day.
