Please pray with me as i have been having issues at work with my director boss. Unfairness, isolation, discrimination, humiliation and being overworked and passed on for a promotion. Nothing I do or say seems to change the circumstances. He is standing in the way of my trying to move on to other opportunities with the negative feedback. I am exhausted and struggle to get up everyday to go to work. I just don’t know how to keep doing this, I want him gone and his negative feedback removed from records, i want a new opportunity, clean slate that allows me to grow and be recognized for my hard work.
